Moldy Bathroom Renovation

I hate breaking bad news to people, but after putting my finger through the moldy subfloor I let this property manager know we would need to properly fix the water damage before the bathroom would be ready for new tenants. We made the best of the situation and were able to reuse the shower surround and vintage countertop. With nothing but some fresh paint, new LVP flooring, and PVC base molding this Bathroom got a budget renovation that was long overdue.
